NFL Must Make Changes Yesterday

When I heard that Coach Brian Flores had file a discrimination lawsuit against the NFL, I have to admit that I was glad as heck. Mr. Flores brought to my attention that there is only 1 Black Head Coach in The NFL, a league of 32 teams with only 1 Black coach(that.s 3%).That”s shameful itself. That was news to me.

I knew that things were bad but I did not realize how bad. It’s a reflection of the rot in our American   society at large. The ideologyof white supremacy is alive and well in this modern society with all the technological advances that proves this ideology as dead as it ever been since 1619. It was a false doctrine then and it is still false in the 21st century.

Black players comprise about 70% of the NFL players. There are no Black majority franchise  owners. Why is it a surprise that some people call this enterprise a plantation? The world do not need to see this system never again.Stats like this makes white America look racist clearly.

Since the filing of the suite 1 more Black coach  has been hired. You see fighting back is a good thing and we have a lot more fighting to do..But that is improvement and the world needs to know about this “caste system.” Blacks as a whole are assigned to certain positions and that constitutes a caste system. Mr. Flores, The NFL and America are going to thanks for moving this great Nation forward. Much of America’s greatness is because of Brave People like you who was had the “bad” to say Enough is Enough. Thank you for standing for Justice.
